2. Data Controller and Data Processor
Starkik as Data Controller — for Fan account data, platform analytics, Angel investor data, and Organisation onboarding data.
Starkik as Data Processor — for Fan data processed on behalf of Organisations. In this case the Organisation is the Data Controller.
Starkik products are ad-free. We do not sell your data to advertisers or allow advertisers to target you through our platform.
3. What Data We Collect
Fan Data:
- Email address and full name
- Country of residence
- Referral code and relationships
- Subscription and payment history (via Stripe — we do not store card details)
- KIKS wallet balance and transaction history
- IP address and device information for security
Organisation Data:
- Legal name and registration details
- KYB documents
- Payment account details (Wise ID, IBAN)
- Content published on the platform
- Revenue and payout history
