1. Who You Are Contracting With
When you subscribe to or donate to an Organisation on Starkik, your contract is with that Organisation — not with Starkik. Starkik is a technology platform and is not a party to your agreement with any Organisation.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. Stripe's processing fee is included in the price shown at checkout.
4. Donations
Important: Donations are non-refundable
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They are not investments and do not entitle you to any financial return, equity, or ownership interest. Starkik does not guarantee that donated funds will be used for any specific purpose. Fundraising goals are targets only — Starkik does not guarantee they will be reached.
5. KIKS — Platform Currency
KIKS is Starkik's internal platform currency at a fixed rate of 1 KIKS = 1 EUR. KIKS have no guaranteed monetary value and are not redeemable for cash until the withdrawal feature is activated. Starkik does not guarantee that KIKS will be redeemable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Starkik is not liable for the content or quality of any Organisation's content, an Organisation's failure to deliver promised content, or technical failures of third-party services. Starkik's liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Estonia / Georgia — to be confirmed]. Disputes may be referred to the consumer dispute resolution body in your country of residence.
